I discovered my love of movement as a young dancer. This holistic relationship has continued to grow ever stronger, and with it so grew the passion to support others discover how movement can enrich their quality of life through pilates.
Since qualifying as a pilates instructor I have studied and worked with some inspiring educators including Alan Herdman, Madeline Black, Eric Franklin of The Franklin Method® and more recently Gary Ward of Anatomy in Motion®
has fuelled my passion of for discovering the amazing potential of human movement.
Joseph Pilates create a system of physical exercise in the early 20th century which brings together the elements of breath, control, precision and flow.
It is now used all over the world to support people in health, wellbeing and fitness.
The Franklin Method® was created by Eric Franklin. It activates body and mind through the use of imagery, experiential anatomy and reconditioning movement to improve function.
